I am trying to build muscle. How soon after working out should I eat?
When you are muscle training, your body breaks down the muscles and rebuilds them stronger and bigger. It is important that you eat a mix of easily digestible protein and carbs within the so called "golden hour" after your session to get the greatets benefits. Go for a Tossed smoothie with added whey protein which is one of the most easily absorbed forms of protein.

What’s the best time of the day to work out?
The morning (an hour after breakfast) is ideal as you will raise your metabolism for the day meaning you burn more calories. You will also feel fresh and have more energy throughout the day if you exercise early. In reality and with busy London lifestyles it's whatever works for you. If that means a quick session at lunch one day, it's better than not going. Try not to work out just before you go to bed as this may disturb your sleep.

Does caffeine hinder weight loss?
Studies have shown that caffeine (as in coffee and some sodas) contributes to insulin resistance (thus making it harder to lose weight), increases appetite (again making it harder to lose weight) and contributes to food cravings (making it difficult to adhere to a weight loss diet). In those studies, even decaffeinated coffee is shown to be detrimental to weight loss.
