We have a huge range of salads and we are confident that whatever your taste or dietary requirements we will have something for you. Be it big protein, low calorie or low carbs you can choose from one of our house salads or create your own salad.
Why are they healthy?
Our salads are made in store in front of you, not in some factory miles away. Fresh food starts to lose nutrients as soon as it is cut, so every morning we get up nice and early and start preparing all your ingredients to ensure maximum freshness, taste and health benefits. Our salads do not have a shelf life on them as they are made on the day to be eaten on the day. Pre-packaged salads sold elsewhere have often been made days before losing lots of valuable nutrients and vitamins. We can provide salad platters for business meetings if required.

Salad facts
- A large lettuce base contains one portion of your daily veg.
- Our large salads have an average of 2.5 portions of your daily fruit and veg.
- Our medium salads have an average 1.5 portions of your daily fruit and veg.
- We use extra virgin olive oil when we make our dressings. A source of unsaturated fats (the good ones!) which can actually help lower cholesterol.
