Wraps and Bread Stuff
We get up nice and early everyday, brush our teeth and take the tube in the dark (well in the winter) to make our wraps and bloomers fresh. This keeps in all the nutrients (and makes sure the bread doesn’t go soggy).
Why are they healthy?
We use granary and wholemeal bread and wraps. It’s low GI to keep you full up for longer than white bread.
We pack our sandwiches full of salad to make them even tastier and healthier. You can get at least 1 portion of your daily fruit and veg from many of our sandwiches and the wraps contain a whole medium salad. See the in-store nutritional info for more details.
We substitute yoghurt for mayo and butter in many of our recipes. When we do use mayo, we only use low fat.
