We make our smoothies fresh to order and use a mixture of fruit, juice and fat free frozen yoghurt. We never use ice to water down our smoothies as this means you are getting less vitamins. If you want ice, go to the North Pole! We can make your smoothie with soya milk or just with fruit if you want; just ask one of our lovely team.

Our fruit smoothies contain all of your RDA (recommended daily amount) of fruit. You need 5 portions of fruit & veg a day to keep you fitter, healthier and sexier. So now all you need is 2 portions of veg!
Working out or veggie? Add a shot of protein to your smoothie. Protein helps to build and repair muscle and power cholesterol. Protein powder is best following a workout as it is absorbed more easily by the body.
